Yoga Asanas That Keep You Fit Mentally and Physically

  1. Tadasana (Mountain Pose): The Tadasana is quite effective for those who are short-heighted and want to increase their height. It not only elevates your height but also improves the texture of your skin as it is a stretching pose. It helps attain the perfect figure that any woman craves for.

To perform tadasana you need to stand straight with your palms joining together high on the top. Then stretching your body backwards and then coming back to the same position where you started from. Practising it daily will actually help you increase your height.

  1. Sukhasana (Easy Pose): Next in the list of asanas that give you glowing skin is Sukhasana. It comes from the Hindi word “sukh” that means joy or happiness. This asana is great for your mental health and improves memory helping you to stay focused. It should be practised by the youth to release their stress and by kids to focus better on their studies. Practising this asana daily for 10-15 minutes can get you compliments for glowing skin as well as the health at its best for the lifetime.

This is the simplest asanas that anyone can perform. You just have to sit straight on the yoga mat with your legs folded like anyone sits during meditation then close your eyes. Now keep your arms forward and straight. Now inhale, control your breath and then exhale. Do it 10-15 times a day to improve your mental and emotional health.
